As you can see, they vary widely. But, one thing they have in common? They are all prepared in separate containers, ready to heat and go. Perfect for those on the go or those who cannot fool with slaving over the stove every single night, and morning. I get it. Dieting is hard, it is hard to make a meal 3-7 times a day. You know, depending on your goals, and how often you feel the need to eat, it can be very time consuming. I recommend to eat how you feel, but I myself eat up to 7 times a day. Depending on my overall goal at the time.
With that being said, let’s get right down to it. What exactly do I offer? Here is a brief list:
- Personalized meal plans- These meal plans are for 4-8 weeks at a time, depending on how long you want to eat the same foods (yes I said that right, the same foods).
- Customized diets- You may be wondering the difference? The meal plans are not customizable, once they are set they are set for that allotted time. Where as the diet, we can tweak to fit your needs and pallet at the time, within reason.
- Shopping lists- If you are just wanting to compile your own diet, or meal plans, I offer shopping lists with the best holistic ingredients to add into any diet to jumpstart the fire inside.
- Total Body Transformations- This is an exclusive service, where I will write a nutritional, fitness and supplementation program to fit your needs and stick with you the entire way to answer any questions. As well as check on your progress, and give tweaks where needed. This is for a limited time only, and when the slots fill up it will be turned off until people graduate from the program.
